Having built the business over many years the shareholders required both a capital exit and a home for the business as part of a similar, larger organisation to give the business scale and ability to service an ever growing client base. Graham Stead continues with the enlarged business.

Operating through NewCMI Limited, Candela Enterprises is one of the UK’s leading IT Service Providers in business today. CMI operates from offices in Belfast, Bracknell, High Wycombe and London providing services to over 400 organisations.
