Jacob Decmar

I graduated with an Economics degree from the University of Kent in 2021 and similar to my degree, I chose a career in tax and joined Wilson Partners.

My current role in the Tax Team mainly involves working on tax due diligence and providing re-structuring advice for private equity firms, or businesses backed by private equity. I also assist large companies and groups with setting up EMI schemes, and filing their corporation tax returns.

I enjoy helping businesses with tax planning and general tax advice to ensure they are making use of all the tax benefits out there. I find it particularly rewarding to help with making a business more successful through various forms of tax planning.
