I am Company Secretarial Director at Wilson Partners, having established the department in 2012. I am a Chartered Secretary in Public Practice and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute. Following a corporate career in FTSE listed companies, I moved into professional practice in 2006.

With over 25 years’ experience in the company secretarial field, I assist and advise our clients across a wide range of services including business incorporations, statutory compliance, legal documentation, share capital management and fundraising (including under SEIS/EIS schemes), share option schemes, data protection compliance,, and corporate governance consultancy.
