Glenwood Acquires UK-based Consulting Group
Wilson Partners is pleased to announce that we recently advised Glenwood (Mauritius) Limited on its confidential acquisition of a UK group providing consulting and advisory services to the energy sector.
The strategic acquisition provides Glenwood with an investment into the UK market with an ambitious plan to provide industry-leading consulting services to its clients. The deal provides a platform for Glenwood to bring its knowledge of the sector to a UK client base and is the first stage in its investment into the UK market.
