Wilson Partners receives official recognition by ‘Best Companies’

We are delighted to be recognised as a ‘Very Good’ company to work for by Best Companies. Although we think it makes sense as we employ some of the best people and you can’t be very good employer without the people to make it happen. It’s why we take employee engagement very seriously, so we’re excited to receive this recognition as we continue to build on our culture and raise the bar for employment standards in our sector. We have some big ambitions and we recognise that we can only achieve these with a happy and engaged workforce.

Our Employee Engagement team, headed by Emma Montgomerie drives our academy, keep us focused on wellbeing, keeps our people engaged whilst our social committee ensures there are plentiful opportunities to bring the team together.

As Managing Director, Allan Wilson, says “For many years, we’ve held the belief that business success is all about the people. If we can maintain a healthy, happy and engaged team, then the success that follows will not only benefit our business and our clients but most of all, the people that are helping us deliver it – our team.” Hear, hear Allan!
