Emma Montgomerie

I joined Wilson Partners in February 2022 as Head of Employee Experience. Having worked within Human Resources across a variety of sectors for over 20 years, the key focus has always been around people and creating an environment where employees have the opportunity to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

I joined Wilson Partners as I was so impressed by the overall commitment to employee wellbeing and the desire to really nurture, develop and look after their people.
